Sarita and an intrepid group of colour light practitioners and clients experienced a profound healing journey in Morocco in July. As well as taking part in powerful colour light sessions, the group also discovered the richness of Morocco’s culture and landscape. One highlight was experiencing an all night trancedance ritual with Dar Gnawa, a traditional healing music group and master shaman musician, Abdellah El Gourd.

Over the summer and fall I have been teaching a series of Tantra groups. What follows is a peek into my world. It is almost non-stop activity, nourished by the still centre of meditation in the centre of the cyclone.
