Sarita launched her first virtual Tantra group by inviting a world-wide community of meditators to have a live chat with her!

Malika and Sidika tell the story of how Sarita made her first virtual Tantra group on the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, which will help to spread the work of the School all over the world.

Niten travelled to Mahabaleshwar in India to experience Sarita and Uezu-San’s first Aisho (Divine Love) Retreat. There he discovered a rare blend of humour, meditation, devotion, godliness and silence – and meditating monkeys!
